Wrong loading data in BW for some messages from SolMan

Hello, bw experts!

We have Solution Manager 7.1 SP5 and BW 7.02 on the same client.

We have some reporting data from SolMan and we use standart content and extractors...

On many BW characteristics and key figures no problem with correct data. But in characteristics Message Status (0SPRMGST) and MPT User Status (0SPRMPTEX) on BW we have no correct (actual) data for some Messages (incidents)... Data for some messages is different between SolMan and BW (Message Status and MPT User Status).

What's the problem? Why the actual data is not extract according to some messages?

Please check the extract log in solution manager administration workcentre, and status.

In Solution Manager Administration ->Infrastructure ->BW Reporting->Start....

On the "Incident Management Reporting" scenario, 2 extractors "Master data extractor" and "Main data extractor" have a green light. Is it enough to say that the process of extraction is normal?

On your picture, in my SolMan many red lights... But, I do not know what kind of extractors is it.
