RFX POWL is empty and default query not pulling data in SRM Portal

Dear All,

We have SAP EP 7.3 and have integrated srm 7.0 business package with EP and we are using RFx&Auctions. The problem is related to Rfx and auctions workset in EP . I have assigned role RFx respondent role to user and also the user has got SRM BIDDER role in backend system.  The issue is the POWL in Rfx is showing empty and the default query is not pulling any data. However if we give time frame in query criteria say start date and end date , then its shows some data. However this is not the case when you search without passing any parameters and POWL shows empty.

We have got sap_srm system in portal and this system has got read permissions.

Can someone please help me fix this ?
