SLD connection lost

Hi,

I`m facing an issue that all PI messages stop because PI lost the connection with SLD, after rebooting the PI server, everything works normally again. Nothing was changed in SLD recently and this issue happens randomly. Have anyone faced this issue before? and who is the person that can handle it a Basis or a PI guy?

Hi Felipe,

Usually SLD comes under Basis activities, development team usually dont have access to SLD. But can you please us know what error you are getting when all the messages get stop processing.

Hi Nabendu, thanks for  your reply, the error is:

<<< $J2EEAbapException: (126) SLD_CLIENT_EXCEPTION: AbapSLDRequestHandler.execGetClass(): CIM_ERR_FAILED: HTTP response code: 503 Service Unavailable
