IA01 – IA05, Wanting to computerize our asset management and maintenance

IA01 – IA05, Wanting to computerize our asset management and maintenance, I need to figure out how to input equipment (i.e. type, model no., serial no., etc.) and then setup the scheduled maintenance (i.e. daily, 90 day, annual), using IA01 and IA05. Does anyone have a user guide to show step-by-step how to do these tasks? Or perhaps a link to a tutorial?

I would think  you want to post this in the PM area and not the QM area.

you are probably correct, I just saw some other posts for IA01-IA05 in this section (probably for calibration, etc.)

Hi

During creation of Equipement number IE01 , we have some fields available to enter the ( type, model no., serial no., etc).

Create Package like 1,3,6 month or 1,2 years etc using IP11

Use the same package for schduling purpose in IA05.

Create Maintenance plan for the respective Equipment using IP42

Schedule the same by using IP10
