GRC PC 10.0 : Can't open file in test results

Hi Experts,

We are implementing SAP GRC PC 10.0 (SP9) and we are facing an issue.

We defined "Rule script", "Rule criteria", "Rule" and assigned the rule to a control.

We schedule the control and everything works fine.

The owner of the control receives an item in his work inbox but in the tab "Evaluation", when we click on "Review Required", a new screen appears but we are not able to open the file wich contains the results, it is grayed. (see screenshot)

The Rule is based on a standard SAP report and it seems that it works because the file is not empty (40 Ko).

Do you know why we can not open the file?

It sounds like you are using the legacy automated controls rather than the new rules engine in PC 10.  One thing I would suggest is creating role Z_GRFN_CONN, as described on page 35 of the Security Guide.  It is not delivered and must be created to be able to view the job results of automated control and testing.
