About stop DXC , Data Services and SLT

Hi all

We will stop the hana database(sp04_35).

We do not know should we need to stop the DXC,Data Services and SLT.

We are worried about the data after hana database stoped.

We think the data would not be sent ,and we will get some error.

Please tell us if we do nothing for DXC,Data Services and SLT,

after we restarted the hana database again,the data will be normal,or disappear.

If we need do something about the DXC,Data Services,SLT before the database be stopped.

Please tell us what we should do.

Akhirio,

Unless and until there was an explicit maintenance scheduled on respective servers, there is no need of stopping the SLT and DXC instances before/after stopping SAP Hana server.

For SLT, it is sufficient to suspend the real-time jobs from LTR transaction and as DXC/Bobj DS works on batch jobs no explicit action is required.
