Project Print out

Hi,

Is there any way i can print the project i created in CJ20n? i need to send a list of my WBS element, networks and activities to the respective departments that will handle that task in our company.

Hi,

  Try extracting data by using some std. transactions like CNS41,CN41N,CN42N  etc.

Alternatively , you can use some BAPI's like BAPI_PROJECT_GETINFO, BAPI_BUS2001_GETDATA, BAPI_PROJECTDEF_GETDETAIL  .

from project planning board you can print list of wbs,networks and activities

hi if you want project graphical diagram then go to  Hierarchy graphics then select print

Hi,

In the CJ20n Go to project Planning board and select your respective WBS elements .Click on project --> Print --> All

now see the print preview .and print options.

Hi,

Instead of taking a printout send the list of WBS, Networks and activities in an excel file. To do so use tocde CN47N. Once you get the output you can change the layout to suit your needs and then extract this onto an excel file.

Modify the excel file as required and then send it to the respective departments.
