PI Appl user locked automatically

Hello SAP NerWeaver Administrators,

My SAP NweWeaver PI user is locked automatically

i unlocked that user through SU01, but repeatedly locked.

and also checked through Tcode SUIM, it shows KRNL locked reason

and i searched at sap netweaver 7.3 PI Monitoring, in that message monitoring i search for reason

but i cont find any reason

can any one know how to solve this problem

please help me

What user is this ?

If this user used for some RFC and Jco connections then please check those connections.

Hi Purna,

Things to check :

1. check the RFC where you using the PIAPPLUSER.

2. Check the same user in exchange profile as well.

Run the transaction sxmb_ifr-->administrator tab--> logon with pisuper/xisuper user.

then click on exchangeprofile.

or used the link http://<hostofpi>:<port>/exchangeProfile

Maintain the same password in exchange profile which you are maintaining in su01.
