SCC8 Client Export is still On Hold status in SM50

Dear Guru,

I'm a newbie for basis job. Please kindly help me to investigate what is wrong in my system.

I've run scc8 and now around 9 hrs for this background job processing.

In scc8, I input field below:

Selected Profile: SAP_ALL

Target System: DEV                <= I've created RFC DEV and logon as empty client with sap* and hardcode password.

I go to sm50 and found my job is on hold status like picture below (copy picture from http://scn.sap.com/thread/3180864 )

I go to sm66 as picture below

What I have to do next, please kindly suggest.

Hi,

It looks like Tp and R3trans processes in your system have hanged. Could you please kill these processes in your system. Take a reboot and restart the client export again.

Note: Ensure that your tp and R3trans executables are upto date.

Hi,

Please check the SCC3 log and look at the last update time of the log.
