USAGE DECISION

Hi,

  we have received the stock of 100 nos and the user performed the goods reciept and qm is active it moved to qi stock during inspection we found that 75 are  ok and 25 are not ok (decision to be taken later). the user has performed the usage decision as accepted and transferring the stock of 75 nos to unrestricted and 25 nos to blocked and now the usage decision is saved. Now they have taken decision that the 25 nos can be moved to unrestricted from blocked. How can i again change the usage decision and move the stock of 25 nos to unrestricted. UD is already done.

Hi Badari ,

For taking stock from restricted to unrestricted , it is not required to change UD . Although you can  also change UD in QA12 and then do stock posting separately .

Hi Badari Prasad,

As the Quality inspection completed once(Accepted),moving from Blocked stock (25 qty)to unrestricted stock doesnot require any Usage decision again.Please go to stock transfer posting (MB1B) and post it with 343 Moement type.
