Hello Everyone,
What is the purpose of steps, executing "Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing" and "perform task specific customizing"
In SPRO, under "Maintain plug in config setting" what is the meaning of Parameter 1090 (short desc-FF id role name) value "SAP_GRAC_SPM_FFID" and why these parameters should be set both in GRC and the source system?

Can any one help me with the above questions. Thank you.

Vamsi,
I can help you with your second query. First of all, it is not 1090, but 4010, at least in SP08. This value is used to identify firefighter accounts. Assign this role to all FF's. You can of course make a copy of this role and rename it, but then you need to change the the parameter as well.
Kind Regards,
Vit
Hi Both,
Parameter 1090 allows you to make use of the Local Firefighter capabilities so that you're not tied to a central system for all of your firefighter processes.
The "Perform Automatic Workflow Customising" and "Perform Task-Specific customising" are both SPRO activities to setup the initial technical workflow prerequisites which are then used by MSMP to direct the Access Control related workflows. MSMP is based upon standard SAP Business Workflow and therefore the standard technical elements must be defined, assigned and activated correctly before the workflow will operate. These two configuration steps allow you to check that this has been done and update if needed.
