Solution manager upgrade error

Experts,

      When the installer is asking the path for DVD am getting the error below.The path and the media was correct.

Dear Philip,

Please check the below points.

1. Check if you have the sufficient space or not.

2. Path length of the directory is very long. Please provide a short path. This could also cause this error if the TOOL is not able to read the file due to it.

3. There should not be any spaces in the name of the directory.

4. Media may be corrupt. If the above do not help, please download the media again and try again.
