CA Wily Introscope Access Denied

Hi guys,

I'm configuring SOLMAN, in the step of Basic Configuration, 3.1 Configure CA Wily Introscope, hit the error as below.

Have add the OS user SAPServiceDAA, adm user for all user access into the folder.

Any idea what is missing here?

Status of retrieval of existing installation: Unexpected error (path D:\usr\sap\CCMS\wilyintroscope, agent hnw01_DAA_SMDA97)

Unexcepted error occurs in method AddExistingInstallation (cause by: Cannot analyze the EM installation D:\usr\sap\CCMS\wilyintroscope; nested exception is:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\usr\sap\CCMS\wilyintroscope\config\IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties (Access is denied)).

Hi,

Please provide CCMS folder full access and check whether it works.

As well as please also check of the Basic Configuration in the step 'Configure CA Introscope' and make sureagent assigned to the EM is correct. If not please correct this and try the activity ‘Generate System Metrics’ again.

Found out some config file (for example:IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties) is without permission although we have assign permission in root level (D:\usr\sap\CCMS\wilyintroscope). After manually assign to those mentioned config files, we unable to proceed with "Import Existing installation"

Anyways, the Status of the EM is grey color, with error = Wrong enterprise manager definition.

Have tried reinstall but still the same.

Have any idea?

The issue resolved. Is kinda weird.. but its work.

> unassign the agent

>removing the whole line from the list

>assigning again the agent but ! with in default mode using

the button import existing installation.

>user management button displayed

>entered pwd for admin user

>save
