How to access Nakisa Admin Console

Dear All,

How to access Nakisa admin console.We have installed

1. Nakisa 4.0

2. Enterprise Portal 7.3 with service pack 1

3. Net Weaver 7.0 with enhancement pack 2 & support pack 11.

The below link says its been accessed using the URL format:

http://<server>:<port>/OrgChart/manager.jsp

But the basis person tells me there was no port whilst installing/configuring Nakisa.

Hi,

   You can try using your server port.

Please ask your basis person what is the port to connect to java portal or ask him to send a screenshot of the folders inside /usr/sap/SID/

Hi,

Its Port : 50000.

I tried using but I get an error   Error: Requested resource /OrgChart/manager.jsp is not available.

Hi,

If you have made all the settings in all of the troubleshooting sections then you should get no problems. It might be worth re-deploying the application into NWCE to ensure there wasn't a deployment problem. Make sure you use the full URL and correct case when launching the application:

http://hostname:50000/OrgChart/manager.jsp - AdminConsole

http://hostname:50000/OrgChart/default.jsp - OrgChart application
