Transferring file to FTP without mapping and updating file name in ztable

Dear All,

We are having a requirement where we need to pick a pdf file from a folder and send the file to a FTP location. Also, we need to update the file name into a z-table in SAP.

We can transfer the file from folder to FTP without mapping i.e. by just configuring dummy interface in Integration Directory but how can we insert file name into a z table as we are not doing any mapping while transferri9ng file.

Kindly guide on how to resolve this.

Hi,

Create one dummy mapping for just reading the file name...

and based on how you planned to update the filename in z -table proceed further (via rfc or proxy..)

i.e create two receivers.. one for file and other for updating filename..
