Work Item Exception in SAP GRC AC 10

Dear Experts,

I've maintained the workflow cust and also have done on the MSMP workflow setting (and activated of course). The workflow has sent to the right destination (the user that has the approve authority). But when the user double click or open the work item for approval, it can't be opened and there was an exception :

Exit CL_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST_WF triggered exeception for event STATE_CHG and
(target) status READY->SELECTED: An exception has occured.

According to this topic http://scn.sap.com/thread/3279069. I should implement some notes. But it didn't working either.

Is there any other solution / method in this problem?

Hello,

As an admin, have you tried to approve the requests from within the system? i.e. are you able to go into the request and approve as per normal?

Also, do the users have the necessary authorisation roles assigned to their GRC user ID to approve requests? as well as being configured into the AC Owners table, ensure they have the necessary system authorisations.

UWL is not supported for Access Control 10.0, please refer to SAP note 1713907.
