Content server 6.4 url is not working

Dear Experts,

We installed sap contentserver installtion with max db 7.6 and configured in OAC0 .

Created Repository from OACT. Certification are send successfully.

While confirm through url: Http://192.....:1090:ContentServer/ContentServer.dll?serverinfo. its gives that HTTP 400 bad request.

These are things i checked in sap level

1) We checked SICF --->default_host-->sap-->bc-->contentserver interface -->test service .  cannot display webpage

2)T-code :  smicm --> trace file-->display all

i found that error ==>nipconnect2 :sipeekpendconn failed for hdl 10 / sock 37.

Please help in that.

could  mean that the host can be reached but the port is not bound on this host. Please check that port is available on your host and also ensure that port is the correct port to use.

Dear Christoph Hopf,

I checked host name and port are pinging.

cmd-->Netstat -a -b   it display  as

can not obtain ownership information

TCP [::]:1090      hostname:0    listening

can not obtain ownership information

TCP [::]:8172      hostname:0    listening

can not obtain ownership information

TCP [::]:47001      hostname:0    listening

can not obtain ownership information

TCP [::]:47152      hostname:0    listening

[wininit.exe]

Its connects to sap development and production system through telnet.

Please suggest me .
