Route determination process in ovtc

Dear sd experts

  while maintaining route determination at OVTC t.code at the last column D field is there

i have read with f1 also...

""If a route defined without stages has been entered in the delivery header, the transit country table is taken into account automatically."'

but exact i am unable understand what is D functionality

plz could you explain a little bit more

It is meant for Dangerous Goods Movement where the route determination would be integrated with ERP component Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S). 

Also execute the following link

and go through the explanation under the tab "Dangerous goods check" which will answer your query
