Hi,
I have created the Request for change(RFC)proved it. Now its in Approved status.
Once its approved, it should not allow me to Edit the Request for change. But it is allowing.
How to make it non editable when RFC is Approved.
Regards
P Kumar
Hi Kumar,
You can do this in status profile. please navigate to your custom status profile and double click on APPROVED status. In the transaction control screen, click on new entries and select the radio button "Forbidden" against the EDIT value.
Hope this helps.

Hi Imran,
Thanks. I did the modifications as per your inputs, as shown below.
But still I am able to edit the Request for change which is currently in Approved status.
It allows me to add the Texts ( ex: description of change etc), Scope, categories etc.
My requirement is, when Request for change is in Approved status, it should not allow to edit any field on RFC as its approved. And no chnages can be done in RFC which is approved. Only specific authorized persons should be able to edit the Request for change during Approved status.
Regards
Kumar
