HOW TO POPULATE ONE DROPDOWN BY SELECTING OTHER DROPDOWN

HI ,

MY requirment  is to populate TO drop down when you select FROM dropdown in the following sceen.

                              For example we are having 2 Drop downs A and  B. Based on the selection of A , values has to be displayed on the Drop down B ..

1. initially fill values for the Drop down A of its context node .

2.   when the user selects values in drop down A ,  the method  ON select of Drop down A will be triggered... Based on the value of drop down A, you can pass values to the context of drop down B.

thank you aravi,

     as you explained i did same thing..it is populating the values in second drop down but the thing is the value selected in first dropdown its is not appearing   or as selected ..its getting refershed..

could you please help me...

Hi lakshmipathi,

                      Are you using 2 different context nodes for 2 drop downs , or using a single context node for the 2 drop downs ?

                         Try to use 2 different context nodes for 2 drop downs..
