How can I tally t_code usage?

Our Training Dept wants to know which transactions are used the most so they can direct their efforts towards the 'most used' transactions.

So, I want to run a transaction, table, or report that tells me which transactions are used and how many times in a given time period.. e.g. 3 months.

We have NW2004s, ECC6.0.

I haven't figured out how to get this type of data from ST03 or ST03N or STAT.

Suggestions are appreciated.

Hey Gary

Easy way would be ...

Please log on to the instance and give "ST03N"

choose the expert view and then clickon the Workload . Click on the desired months log . you will see the log on the right hand side of the screen .

once you have done these .. please go to the lower section of the left menu or bar (Analysis View) in that you will see TRANSACTIONS there ..expand it and click on standard . you shall get all the tcodes which have been running on the server ..

use ST03 Expert mode.

Workload -> Total -> Month -> month you want

In the bottom view (Analysis view) use Transaction view -> double-click on Standard. Then play with the data on the right side using selection order like descending for steps and decide what you want for the transactions.
