Shopping cart BBP_PD: Fields VAL_PO_E AND VAL_IV_E

I am unable to explain why the following VAL_PO_E AND VAL_IV_E have a different value(in BBP_PD) when compared to Shopping cart history (on related tabs):

Its the same cart and its a limit item. No taxes are configured. SC,Req,PO are in same currency.

We are on classic scenario.

Check the statistics section under related documents tab of PO line item.
