Cannot connect Using RFC

Hi i'm trying to use RFC to called solution manager to create a new transport.

I know the module i want to call and the command from command prompt to call it. When i run the command to call it, it gives me a connection refused.

Does this have to do with the firewall settings, or so i have to set SM to all RFC to connect remotly? How do i go about doing this?

Thanks - Any help will be appricated, i've very new to this thing, manager just dumped this on me.

Hello Peter,

if you use a trusted RFC connection please check note 128447. You have to assign special rights for the user in the target system.
