Hi Gurus,
The are certain customers that are allow to reserve quantities of stock for some materials, this means that when we create a sales order for those customers the stock of the material will be delivery first to them before other custmers.
How can I do this in SAP
THanks in advance
A couple of ideas... you can give them allocation priority by giving them a lower supply chain group vs other customers or you can use a contract sales document type to block the product from other customers and let your special customer call-off that contract as they need. Option 2 would be more effective because you can "reserve" (used loosely) as much of the product as they need on the contract and let them call off what they need , when they need it.. The right solution really depends more on what works best for the business.

The best way is to use product allocation ATP.
