Reassigning SRM documents from one user to another

Is there any standard functionality in SRM to assign documents (carts/purchase orders/confirmations) from one user to another where the originator has left?

Hi

Incase the user has left the documents, and you want to re-assign to some other user..

then there are couple of other options available, but not sure, will help in this case.

<b>1) Either the user was forward the item from his inbox to some other user, incase this is allowed in the particular system defined in the organizational unit settings.

2) Or the user can use the funcyionality to shop-on behalf of functionality where the user's colleague can behalf on his absence and later on can confirm goods, create confirmations and purchase orders locally in SRM.

This depends on the SRM Scenario configuration settings as well.</b>
