Hi,
We are on GRC 10 SP9, i having issue with email notification when the request has been rejected.
1. New request for access is submitted
2. Manager logs in to approve\reject the request
3. Manager reviews the request and Rejects the request by selecting
Other -> Reject
4. Request gets closed
5. Requestor gets two conflicting emails one says "Your request # has
been rejected" and another email saying your request # has been
approved"
Has anyone seen this issue? please let me know what is the root cause of this issue

Hi Sid,
I think the rejection mail is going from stage level notification setting in MSMP. You might have configured rejection mail on the stage where you rejected the request .
The reason for second mail can be that you have configured notification at global level for 'End of Request' event . So this even is triggered even when you reject the request.
I would suggest you to configure approval/rejection mail at stage level . And global level notification for 'End Of Request' should only be used for closing mail ( provisiong info etc.. )
