SAP Procurement Certification

Hi All,

I'm planning to give a certification on Material Management which is C_TSCM52_66 - SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6. Could anyone please let me know what is the difference between the C_TSCM52_64 and C_TSCM52_66? I know that C_TSCM52_64 is based on ECC6, EHP4 and C_TSCM52_66 is based on ECC6, EHP6 but what are the main differences between these 2 enhancement packages in this context? Is the certification material the same for both of these courses C_TSCM52_64 and C_TSCM52_66? Is there any source to practice the sample questions?

Any help on this would be much appreciable.
