Object dependency icon is not seen while recording via CS01 for Material BoM

Experts,

Object dependency icon is not seen anywhere while recording via CS01 for Material BoM creation by LSMW.

Where it can be seen while recording and how to enable it?

Need desperate help on this please.

HI,,

not quite sure ~I understand yor issue, But a standard BOM creation does not show OD as "BOM Usage" type will be 1 = Production or some other value.

If you want to enable OD you need to enter "BOM Usage" value 8 = Configured Product then the OD will show.

This setting is specifically for use with Variant Configuration type BOM

Didn't understand what prompted you to reply on this year old thread.

For your information,

From my understanding dependency can be only assigned to configurable products regardless of BOM usage, I created few prototypes with usage 1 and attached a object dependency to them without any issue.
