We are having an issue and need your help. we are facing a login failed error despite providng the correct user account and password while activating the user device from Mobile device. This issue is happening only for few users, as we are able to activate other users who are in the same LDAP server.
For example when We try to register/activate the user isomething just recently for first time on
SUP. We tried with the correct password, but activation failed saying
Login failed, then we have changed the password and tried with the new
password.We have tried this around 8-10 times but still we had the same
issue "Login failed".
We have tried register/activate my user device which worked
fine without any issue.
Your help is greatly appreciated!
Two suggestions:
1. Authentication requires a communications path, could it be that users did not have enough signal strength when authenticating ?
2. Increase level of log at server end and see if you can trap the situation. Make user note the date and time.
