GRC10 Repository sync job issue

I have come across a problem in that when I trigger the repository sync job from prod GRC connected to an pre-prod environment the job takes move than 2 days to complete. My initial analysis shows that this job is reading all the Business partners(circa 3m+) which it shouldnt. I am looking to get the screen shot or steps of how to exclude Business partners

Hi

What you mean with business partners, are they SU01-Users? If yes, you can exclude them from the sync job (Customizing - Access Control - Sync Job). there you have the possibility to exclude user groups or users based on their naming conventions. You can save this as a variant and put in the job step.
