Hi Community,

I am getting an Enrollment Failed message on the device when I try and enroll the device through the self service portal.

I plugged the device into my laptop and this is the log from the device when I try and enroll the device.

The setup I have in Afaria is below:

Afaria Admin console > Server > Configuration > Communication > Device Communication: Using XNETS port 3007. For the address I have xnet://<afaria IP addess>:3007.

Afaria Admin console > Server > Configuration > Server > Enrollment Code: Enabled TinyURL and Google URL service.

Afaria Admin console > Server > Configuration > Component > Enrollment Server : Server address is the IP of the server. Setup to use a Relay Server too.

The device is on the office wireless network.

Is there anything that I should change or add to the configuration or anything that I might be missing that is causing the Enrollment failed message in Afaria client?

Thank you
