remove stock by mistakenly posted to scrap

Hi.........

My client user have one material in quality stock, he created the lot, assign the lot and while ud by mistakly posted stock to scrap rather than unrestricted use.

how to remove or correct this qty...?

as in qac1 system not allowing to change the stock as UD already done...

This UD cannot be reversed. Please use movement type 554 in MB1A and reverse this against cost center.

Hi Neha ,

I suggest you to keep the things simple . As even SAP doesnt recommend to do so . As there can be a logical problem in this case . For eg you have wrongly posted the stock after UD to unrestricted or scrap . Now say this posted stock is issued to somebody in system and physically also or scrap sale has been done . Now in this case you can reverse stock in system but cannt physcially . So there will be mismatch betwen physical and system stock .

Hi,

You have to reverse the stock posting, for this you need to  implement User exit QEVA0008 for reversing UD and SAP note 175842 stock posting reversal.

Hi Neha ,

MM team can move the stock from scrap to unrestricted . Take their help . Also you can reverse UD for the lot .
