"Trade licence validity" field for RFx evaluation

Hello,

There is a requirement to evaluate the supplier based on "Trade Licence validity" during the RFx process.

Do you know if there is a standard field for "trade Licence validity" in SRM?

In case we have standard field, it would be possible to declare it as dynamic in the custo and then the supplier would be able to enter the data.

but if there is no field available, what solution would you recommend?  :

-Custom field ?

- BI questonnaire report integrated with SRM ? and how to integrate it?

Also we would require a warning message when the "trade Licence validity" is close to the "expiry date".

Hi,

May be u can try put by adding Questions in RFx Information tab > Question ... Select Questions Type as Date and make it a mandatory question.

Go to Weights and Score tab Select ur questions and clicks over details.

1. Select Scoring function as Stepped and Enter Interval and assign valuation value.

You can try out assiging 0 value if the Date (provided by supplier) fall between Current date and next 2/3 months.
