SAPGTS:Legal control:Item(000010) not transferred -no customs product master for product

Hi Firends,

we are not able to create delivery for the particular sales order, due to error message SAP GTS: Legal control: Item(000010) not transferred. we checked in GTS system, this sales order is not bolcked and in transfer logs we found the error is due to "There is no customs product master for product "

How can we mainatin the customs product master for this particular material.

Kindly help on this issue, since we strucked in creating delivery.
