Receiver File Adapter configuration

Hi Experts,

Its about Proxy to File scenario. The file location is outside of network i.e. 3rd party. I have to put the XML file on this location and file would be of .xml type.

I have configured the receiver Cc as per below entries.

Adpter Type : File
Transport Protocol : File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
Message Protocol : File
Adapter Engine : Central Adapter Engine

I have following querries.

1.Under File Access Parameters,Target Directroy and Create Directory specifies. In my case , I have been asked to insert the files
in ABD direcotry.

2.Under Connection Security, I can select FTPS using "FTPS for Control Connection" and "FTPS for Control and Data Connection".Theres mention of
X 509 certificate. How to acheive this task.

3.Server and Port: The client has provided me the FTPS url i.e. ftps://dummy.name.com/ABC.. but this url is the public domain name. Should I ask for the

IP address and the port... is there any default port for this.

4.Under Processing parameter, File Construction Mode and File Type.

Hi All,

but still the querry hungs with the Security certificate i.e. Keystore and the X.509 Certificate and Private Key.

Any guidance , please share.
