Quality Notification Changes

Dear SAP Gurus,

I would like to get the information about the task which were performed in the quality notifications by my team during the period of time.

How can I do it?

My team memebers recieve them with the workflow in the inbox, but I would like to get the complete picture and also estimate the time that on average passes between they get the notification until the task is completed.

Please, help me. Probably I can do it with the help of some Change Log report or anything else.

Did you explore the transaction QM13 'display list of tasks'?

I recommend you contact IT department in your company because the notification process is very customized for each company.
