Hi Omar,

Please follow below path to set your plant as distribution center in ECC system before ciffing to APO.

After you set your plant as DC here, and ciffed to APO, your plant will appear as distribution center in apo.

Hope this helps, please close the thread if it does.

Hi Omar,

Expert Sourabh provided the answer for configuring a plant as a DC.  There is no other transaction.  If you initially transferred the location as a plant, you have to delete the location in APO before transferring the DC version of the plant.  FYI, there is no functional difference in APO between a plant (1001) and a DC (1002).  The difference is in which icon will be displayed in the Supply Chain Engineer.

Hi Omar,

Mike has suggested the way here, delete the location in APO first then resend the location to APO.

For deleting location in APO you need to delete all the transaction data in APO first.

Please try this, should resolve your issue.

If your issue is not resolve with this, then check your BAPI.

Dear,

You can change location type through program /SAPAPO/CHANGE_LOCTYPE. Or you can delete the location and recif the same.

Hi Brahmankar,

If I changed the location type trough program /SAPAPO/CHANGE_LOCTYPE. Is there any impact on transactional data transfer from APO <-> ECC?

Thank you,

LV
