Hi Expert,

i am installing new solution manager 7.1 but i am getting error in "Register in existing  central sld (default)" step.

Kindly find here with attached screen shot.

Check if SLD is running or not..... Also make entries of hostname in host files on both systems...... on SLD host check SLDDSUSER......

Hi,

Please try to open the link http://<SLD HOSTNAME>:<PORT NUMBER>/sld and check whether you are able to see SLD in running state.

If not, please start the SLD and try again

Secondly if SLD is in running status , please login to SLD and check whether  SLDDSUSER is not locked.

Please check and provide your feedback.

For my understanding Shiv wants to install solman, so SLD is not yet available..

I think, you might use the full qualified domain name of the server instead of UDNWEBDR
