Font problems

Hi All,

I have install a new font in SAP and printing a letter using Network Printer.

Using this printer fonts are not printing properly.

When we are printing the same letter using word file on same printer then also letters are not coming correctly.

When we are using the script using <b>locl</b> it is coming correctly.

Please let me know the possible reason and where I have to check the error.

Hi!

You might check the printer driver of the network printer. Try change it in transaction SPAD.

How I will check the printer driver and which one I have to select?

Please let me know the path to change the driver in SPAD.
