GRC V10-AC-ARA-AccessManagement-No content available

Dear Experts,

Am facing the issue while configuring the GRC V10-AC-ARA(Version: GRC V10,pach level 9). I followed the step by step document provided by SAP(Name: AC 10.0 Pre-ImplementationFrom Post-Installation to First Risk Analysis).Prior to this I did all the setps correctly. The main  issue am facing is, after configured the ARA as per above doc am unable to see the ARA cotent under /nnwbcàAccess Management->???.

I could see only Top menus but not the content under Access management . I assigned all the roles. Please help me.thanks.
