Hi ,
I have a scenario in which i will be getting a request from a site and I should send a Mail.
Soap --> PI --> Mail
This scenario works fine when give the name space as "http://sap.com/xi/XI/Mail/30".
But when I create the same scenario "http://xxx.com/xi/WS-SysAid" which is the naming convention in my company, it did not work ..
I am getting an error "No receiver could be determined". I have checked both the scenarios, they are exactly same apart from namespace.
Any ideas what went wrong?
Regards,
sandeep
Hello All ,
I have placed the name space
"http://sap.com/xi/XI/Mail/30" in XML name space of Message type .. then it worked
PS: Do not forget to refresh the SLD cache after the change.

Hi Sandeep,
Mai configuration has this limitation of ""http://sap.com/xi/XI/Mail/30" as namespace. Yo have to use this.

The error message/behavior is correct. For Mail scenarios you have to follow the SAP Mail Data structure and its namespace. You cannot use your namespace for mail scenarios.
refer this document for knowing more about this...

Hi Sandeep,
What ur using at receiver side, I mean Business Component or Business System. Check the configuration manually in ID : Tools->Test Configuration.
Thanks,
Satish.

Hi Sandeep,
please follow the Rules of Engagement and use an informative and unique subject line. This should elicit a better response to your post. The subject line shouldn't be 'Mail Adapter' as the adapter has no relevance to the routing problem you describe.
