Note 1069130 Solved My problem.
Also one note for others who are facing issue like adding more RFC (more than 10), Please create Zmethods as copy of CCMS_RFCDest_Availability_Col & provide MTE_CLASS as Availability_RFC_Destinations. In this way you can monitor more than 10 RFCs.

We has been configured CCMS RFC destination based on your note but i am getting false alert if the RFC is available .
We has been implemented CCMS availability of instances but i am not getting alert while restart the SAP system .
I am requesting to please provide any documentation for availability & RFC availability , SOST mails stuck i need alert.
we are trying from past 3 months but there in no proper mail.
