Hello All,
While creating a project it refers to the phase definition at the time of its creation. if we change the phase definition later on, still the old projects will continue to refer to the phase definition which was there at the time of their creation. For example if we create Project 1 with four phases A, B, C and D and all the phases are non approval let's say. Now later on we change the phase definition and make C as approval phase, but C will be an approval phase in projects created after the change in phase definition, In Project 1, C will still be a non-approval phase. Is there any way we can force the old projects (via script or any other method) to refer to the current phase definition.

I don’t believe it is possible. Changes will apply only for new documents.
