Issue: Config Web Service Action Block

Hi All,

I am seeing a strange issue while using web service action block in MII transaction.. On clicking config ->entering URL.. when i click Next - the action block hangs.. I cnt click any other button on block other than cross mark on above right..

Any thoughts why this might be happening ... (while others using same can access it as normal)

I am using 12.2.3 build 177

On disabling JRE 1.7 and enabling 1.6, the issue is resolved. Hope the following note may help you all, facing similar issue.

Hi Ruchir,

I too have the same issue and my java version is 7 Update 17. Can you please let me know which version of java is suitable to work with web service action block wizard?

could it be bcz of java console version i am using?

I am using version 7 upgrade 10.. any1 of u using the same see it working fine?

I moved back to previous version of java and things are fine now .. Anyone else experiencing the same!!
