"Sensitive" - Attribute of Extension

HI Colleagues, I noticed that we have a new field in Wave 9.

When creating a new extension field, and assigning the extension attributes, you can indicate if the field is going to be "Required" or "Read only".. well, below those checkboxes there is a new one called "Sensitive". I can´t find any information about that... can you explain what is that about? We have a Customer that would like to know, and i owe a response.

Hi Natalia,

The sensitive flag on the extension definition is used in advanced list page queries where the end user is allowed to add new columns to the query using the personalize icon. By making an extension field sensitive, the end user will NOT have an option to add that field to the list page.
