Hi,
After running the optimizer, Pl. Ords are generated. When ever a Pl. Ord is converted to Pur. Req or Pur. Req converted to Pur. Ord, we are getting a CIF error "Bucket capacity requirement has an invalid value" and the data is stuck in CPP1. I have reviewed the long text support given by the Performance Assistant but it was not really use full in this case including OSS Notes:1032080 & 1381483. Could any one help in this issue?
Regards,
K..
Hi S K,
I think you might need to debug the Queue since it seems some erroneous data entry has blocked the Queue. Sometimes it happens that the values in the CIF fields overflow with the source system data, in your case its Bucket Requirements capacity, blocking the whole queue. Try to have a look at the value in Bucket Requirements capacity that has been mapped to the corresponding CIF field.
Regards,
Avinas.
