Option to choose stack xml file is not visible in SAINT

We are installing add on from SAINT in our system. But the option to
choose stack xml file is not visible in SAINT. Please let us know how
to enable this option as out ADD ON installation is stuck

Hello

STACK.XML files are not meant for SPAM / SAINT transactions. You can use them in JSPM or SUM.

Please let us know the SAP software version on the system and the SPAM/SAINT version installed.

Also which software are you updating via SAINT?
