output determination problem

i did the billing output, i get the output, every thing is fine, but problem i am not getting the discount amount in output please any help me

First check in Spool Request for that billing document whether the value is flowing there.  If so, ask your ABAPer to look into the coding.

i checked, there is no spool request number, what have to do. please help me

If spool request is generated successfully after saving the billing document, then you can see the output type with green icon.  Else, it would be in yellow.  So first check in output screen whether the output type is in green or yellow.  If it is yellow, then click on "Determination analysis" and update here.
