No XLIFF-ID generated at all - no translation items.

Hello !
o try out adobe forms i created one form with one static text. I've set up the Settings (Tools Options Document handling) to generate XLIFF id's on save.
Hovever only XML that i see in translations dialog is :

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

<xliff xmlns:xft-xliff="http://www.xfa.org/schema/xfa-xliff/1.0/" version="1.1"><file datatype="XDP" original="mytemplate.xdp" product-name="Adobe Designer" source-language="en" tool="AdobeDesigner"/></xliff>

And i have no items in PDFB node. hovever TGLS node (Short texts) is displayed OK.
No matter what i do i dont get any PDFB items to translate.

How to overcome this ?

I had the same problem, check the note 1496928 and update XLST programs (transaction STRANS).
