Hello,

Can we create Customer place as the work center and record all the repair activities that take place at the customer place workcenter in SAP.

As I understand its not possible in PP but the same can be done in APO.

Your customer place can be created as Functional location in SAP PM/CS module and you can record all maintenance activity done in the customer place.

In SAP the functional location and equipment in the catagory of technical object. I hope it will help you to track the maintenance activity done your customer place

Operations are carried out at a work center. In the R/3 System work centers are business objects that can represent the following real work centers, for example:

Machines, machine groups

Production lines

Assembly work centers

Employees, groups of employees
